• Client will provide a written (email) request for our services, explaining the overall detail of the system, and the problematic issues.
  
• Global Water Solutions will offer a written (email) estimate for a call-out, to inspect the property or location.
• The client will respond (email) within 24 hours, confirming their intention to employ the services of Global Water Solutions Consultancy Service.
  
• A client agreement will be forwarded, and a customers signature will be required, via FAX. to Global Water Solutions.
• Our local area: ( Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Northern N.S.W) These areas are covered by road.
• Interstate travel and services, will require expenses such as flights and accommodation, to be covered by the client as per agreement.
• All information supplied to Global Water Solutions is handled with strict confidentiality. 

• No correspondence will be entered into, unless a signed request is received by Global Water Solutions within 24 hours of initial enquiry.
• Our consultants services are comprehensive, including intellectual property relating to the industry.
